Leftovers (yarn not food)

When I started knitting. I found variegated yarn was the most fun. Mostly because it was always changing color and I wasn’t bored. Another way of staying interested. Was to make a mitten in one color then in another then go back and make a mate for the 1st one. Now the problem Is I’d have unfinished projects…Everywhere.. I like it because I don’t have to cast on. I can just keep finishing a mitten, or a hat. And pretend I worked on it through the night 😂

I was dragging out these old projects and found a little cutie I never finished. I think it would be nice for someone in hospice. When I do the prayer shawls. The lady in charge also works with hospice nurses. So I’m able to donate those chemo cowls. and this too would be something soft and feminine for a patient. Because it’s baby yarn, it’s so cuddly. And it’s got a good drape it can be wrapped like a large scarf.

I forgot to mention. This is crochet!

It’s a little tea carry including sugar and a dainty

The fabric is beautiful. It’s full of sage, and thyme
flowers and plants.

Do you have a Favorite item too?
